The group was established in 1995, with subsidiaries in tourism and hospitality, flight catering and restaurants, education and engineering hardware manufacturing, and more. RR Holiday Homes is focused on building world-class resorts all over India.     His journey began with a chain of restaurants in Mumbai, after which he nurtured Uday Samudra Kovalam into life. Today, he presides over five luxurious resorts that capture the true essence of the locale, while honouring social responsibility and sustenance of the environment.

    She is very involved in RR Travels, Mumbai, besides her significant involvement in the UDS Group. Her popularity and warm persona inspires her staff and reflects in the impeccable hospitality that they provide to the guests.

    Karthika Nair is a highly talented Pan-Indian Actress. Having won many accolades, she appears only in selective well-written and challenging roles.

    She has obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business from London School of Economics and is an MBA graduate from the U.S. She embodies the lively spirit of the UDS Group and encourages creative collaborations and constant innovation of the tourism sector.

    Vignesh Nair is a graduate of MSc. Global Hospitality from Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne, with experience in all operational departments and specialisation in Hotel development. Over the years, he has worked with multiple brands such as Taj and Park Hyatt with additional experience in Asset Management.

    He plays an integral roll in financial oversight and spearheads the business development for UDS Group and other units of RR Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd.

    Mohanakumaran Nair holds an MBA Finance degree and graduated in Law as well. Having more than 20 years of experience in Hospitality & Finance, he has been a pioneer in experimenting with novel ideas in the hospitality field. He is the Corporate Vice President of the Company.

    He is a person who is fond of innovations, and he is very much sharp in updating all the new techniques in accountancy which makes it more transparent and accurate. Furthermore, he has already made his own mark in this field with his effective management skill and also succeeded in monitoring his colleagues as well.

    A highly professional, experienced, and seasoned Banker who is heading the Finance dept after a meritorious service of more than 40 years in a leading Public Sector Bank. He is the ex-Director of State Bank Of Travancore, nominated by RBI & GOI as its non-workmen Director. Had a galaxy of assignments in various operational and administrative positions. A pioneer who is having strong knowledge of accounting, administration, and management as well as human resources, including strategic planning, leadership technics, sales, and marketing abilities.

    He is a qualified leader with an ability to comprehend the ideas of others and to get along with all types of people in a variety of situations. Proficient in accounting systems and coordinating the companies financial activities to ensure all operations are efficient, profitable and properly funded. He is a graduate in English Lit and holds CAIIB in Banking.
