One of the best stays of us. We travelled to so many places in India, but this is right on the top. If anyone planning to visit Trivandrum or Kovalam, they should definitely experience the great hospitality of this resort. Thanks a lot to the management for providing such wonderful hospitality and making our stay so comfortable (Just like Home).

A must Visit

We stayed here for a wedding and were happier with the place. The service is excellent, everyone is so helpful and available. Food at Grasshopper was everything we needed, didn't venture out as the spread for breakfast and other meals was everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

A Great Stay Experience

Very nice experience staying here. The staff is very good I like Pratheeksha is a good coordinator.

Rooms are average, the property is huge, good service, great restaurants, a spa and food.

Exceptional Service and Helpful Staff

The food and service was really nice. Restaurant team is exceptional with their service and helping mentality. Always ready to help Prasanth, Pratheeksha made our trip memorable. The room size could be a bit bigger. Except that all was amazing! Planning to come next year as well.

Prime Location

Good hotel, close to the sea, evening sunset experience is must must-watch... In between nice food, a variety ranges of spicy foods.

I had a great time! The staff was very cooperative, especially Shibu, Nikitha, and Aneesh. UDi rocks!

Exceeded Expectations, Great Service

I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant had amazing food and a great ambience. Mr. Dongang and Shibu C were very helpful, and Sanjay Verma from housekeeping did a great job with checkout and room cleaning.

Perfect Staycation Experience

The stay was amazing, perfect for a staycation. The breakfast at Grasshopper restaurant was fabulous. Special applause to the team, especially Mr. Dongang.

Great place to stay! The Grasshopper restaurant offers a good breakfast spread and amazing service. Mr. Dongang Gangsa was very accommodating and served us well. Keep up the amazing work!

Good Ambience, Great Service

The hotel had a good ambiance. Housekeeping by Savana, Subankar, Sneha, and Nikitha was regular and thorough. Receptionist Vysakh Bala provided helpful information about nearby tourist spots and welcomed us warmly.

Great accommodation and service, especially from Cyril and Boni. Beautiful interiors and a fantastic place to spend time.

Excellent Care, Spacious Hotel

Jishnu and Thomas took great care of us in a lovely, spacious hotel. We didn’t get to use all the facilities, but we’ll be back.
