  • Early check-in or room upgrades
  • Custom sightseeing arrangements
     

Before You Arrive

  • Check-in time: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM

  • First consultation is scheduled at 11 AM

  • No treatments on the last day of stay
  • Carry relevant medical reports and identification
  • Alcohol, smoking, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited
  • Treatments available only for resident guests (age 18+ or with parental consent)
     

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: 50% advance required

Final Payment: 100% due 14 days before arrival

Cancellations:

  • Free up to 30 days before arrival
  • 50% retention between 30–15 days
  • 100% retention within 14 days or no-show
